With a calm and fun atmosphere, I teach an accessible yet challenging sequence with a strong emphasis on proper alignment. My intention is to create a safe and supportive space allowing you to work with who you are in the present moment and to explore your potential. My class structure allows all students, whether advanced yogis or newer to the practice, to work their bodies, tune into themselves, and, most importantly, to have fun! Yoga is a life long practice with an infinite number of avenues to explore. I am always discovering new concepts, philosophy puzzles, tricks for mastering asana postures, and inspiration from other yogis.
